Our "Exact Fit Guarantee"

GT Covers are crafted to fit your make, model and year of vehicle to exact specifications including seat belt cutouts, gear shifts, arm rests and head rests.   Our 30+ years experience in crafting custom fit seat covers has enabled us to stock an inventory of patterns and fabrics second to none.  

During the shopping process you will be presented with the option to complete a Quality Assurance form to validate the exact specification of you vehicle.  Since each vehicle is different, it is very important that your specification be validated by our quality assurance team.  Filling out, sending in and/or working with our QA team will qualify you for our Exact Fit Guarantee - we will guarantee the fit of your seat covers in your vehicle.  Normal warranty provisions will also apply.

If you are unable to complete the Quality Assurance form because your order is a gift or you do not have the exact specifications of the vehicle, you may purchase Exact Fit Insurance to protect your purchase in case it does not fit.  This option is available at checkout.

Warranty

GT Covers guarantees against seam separation and wear (beyond normal wear) within the initial warranty period of one year.  You my extend your warranty period for a total of three (3) years at purchase.  Commercial use, child or pet damages and other deliberate or accidental damage is not covered.

If repairs are needed or parts have to be replaced due to faulty workmanship or defective materials, we will take care of it at our expense. In some cases, we may replace the seat covers.

Color/Dye Matching

If you are ordering front and back seats, you should do so at the same time to match the dye lots.  If you order at different times, we cannot guarantee the match.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your seat covers, please contact us with a description of the problem and your invoice number. We will issue an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number to track the order and you send the covers to us pre-paid by any means you like. DO NOT SEND COVERS TO US WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER AS WE CANNOT TRACE IT AND CONSEQUENTLY WILL REFUSE DELIVERY.

We are constantly creating new patterns for makes and models, new and old.  If you do not see a pattern for your vehicle on our site, please fill out our pattern request form and we will contact you with options on how we can create an exact fit seat cover for your vehicle.

Terms and Conditions:  Because all our seat covers are custom made to your specifications, our return policy and guarantee will only apply in the case of faulty products, or fitting mistakes.  Other returns are subject to a  restocking fee and will only be accepted with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by us.  Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.   Call us at 303.755.6005 to obtain an RGA number.
