Our "Exact Fit Guarantee"
GT Covers are crafted to fit the shape of your vehicle’s seats to exact make, model and year. Your new seat covers will accommodate all airbags, head rests, arm rests, seat belt cutouts, gear shifts and detailing. We have 30+ years’ experience crafting exact fit seat covers and we stock an inventory of patterns and fabrics second to none. If you cannot find your seat covers on our website, feel free to contact us for accommodation!
The GT Covers warranty guarantees for one year against seam separation and normal wear. There is an extended warranty available at purchase that extends for a period of three (3) years at purchase. Business use, damages caused by children and/or pets and other intentional or unintentional misuse is not covered. Warranty also does not cover return shipment. You may be required to email a photo and an explanation of the warranty issues in question. For warranty inquiries please contact customer service.
If you are ordering front and back seats, you should do so at the same time to match the dye lots. If you order at different times, we cannot guarantee the match.
We furnish custom made seat covers in the fabric of your choice that are made to your vehicle’s exact specifications. We have been doing this for over 25 years and are absolutely committed to your satisfaction as our seat cover customer. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return them according to the following terms:
- Returns made within 30 days of receiving the item will be promptly refunded less a 25% restocking fee upon our receipt of the return. Returns not made within 30 days of receiving the item will not be accepted.
- Returns must be undamaged and complete with original packaging.
Please be assured that we will gladly fix any defective item due to workmanship or quality of our seat covers.
How to Return an Item for Refund:
To return an item for refund, please call 866-755-6005 and ask for your RGA number. Please have your order number and other purchase information available. Once you have obtained an RGA form, which we email to you, place seat covers in original packaging along with the RGA form and ship (use the most convenient carrier) to our address shown on the RGA form. We recommend that you use a reliable carrier and insure the contents. Shipping charges on seat covers returned for refund are the responsibility of the customer.
RGA numbers are valid for 14 days only. If your covers are shipped after 14 days they will be returned to sender.
